Tripel Karmeliet Clone Recipe

Here's the recipe used for Triple Karmeliet Clone:

Ingredients for 20 liters:
  • 2.4kg German Pilsener
  • 2.3kg Belgian 2-row
  • 0.8kb Belgium Wheat
  • 0.45kg German Munich
  • 0.20 Flaked Barley
  • 0.20 Flaked Oats
  • 0.20 Flaked Wheat
  • 0.60kg Candy Sugar (clear)
  • 15g Challenger (90 minutes)
  • 12g Challenger (60 minutes)
  • 12g Styrian Golding (60 minutes)
  • 13g Saaz (15 minute)
  • 10g Saaz (5 minute)
  • 7g Styrian Golding (5 minutes)
  • 4g Irish Moss (15minutes)
  • 23g Coriander Seeds (8 minutes)
  • 2g Coriander Seeds (15 minutes)
  • 40g Sweet Orange Peel (5 minutes)
  • 3g Coriander Seeds (5 minutes)
  • Wyeast 1388
Mashing for 60 minutes at 66ºC, Sparge water at 77ºC. Boiling for 90 minutes
